Needs DL to look for jobs. Quote 4500 with 1500 down; will hold open until Friday 6/26. Did not discuss additional trial rate; sounds like case will plead out. PC suggested payment plan of $500 every other week. Needs to speak with her sister before hiring lawyer - I am the first one she has talked to. |

Bill sent DRF a facebook message apx. 6/24/2020 stating his son had been arrested in Union County for first offense drug-DWI, he was on his way to bond him out of jail. Asked for advice; responded with possible Knoll issue concerning secured bond impaired driver hold. Arrested apx. 1:30 am, father was on his way to secure release apx. 3:30 - 4:30 pm. |

6.25.2020: Father sent initial paperwork over, we reviewed, possible issue putting Cole behind wheel. Admission of marijuana and xanax 45 mins before, voluntary blood draw. Father and DRF on same page: probably going to plead with an LDP. Quoted father $3500 plea + $1500 trial, need $1000 down, payments after that. Father said he wanted son to have to pay, would strongly recommend son hire us. DRF advised cheaper alternatives; father responded he knew us and felt confident we'd do a good job. Advised son could probably come up with $500 in 2 weeks, another $500 every two weeks until resolved. |

girlfriend: britmacktx0@gmail.com; Suburban Extended Stay, Conway, SC. Husband has a ton of points, payed $13 a night.Stayed Friday night, Saturday Night, Sunday Night. June 26th, 27th, 28th. Both left the room, Saturday night, Took device - found camera in headboard attached to a small strip of lights, similiar to what people have underneath their cars.Boyfriend is pretty sure people were watching live upstairs, almost like they could hear people reacting to what was happening right above them. Didn't take the lens itself, which was in a hole drilled within the headboard. Lens connected to a computer chip and wires; looks like a homemade rig. Hotel ran by a bunch of Indians - privately owned. When they were pulling out and leaving, a big moving truck was pulling in. These guys were on a late check out, around 1pm, the driver of the utility truck was being really pushy about getting these guys out of the room. The headboard was a bunch of different squares; you could replace individual parts of the headboard without replacing the entire headboard. Husband thinks they were targeted because they were a young couple, they were probably looked up before they got there; hot girlfriend, Husband's boyfriend. In the bedroom next door, there were 3 super hot girls that checked in next door. Probably sees people as they come in, determines whether they're hot, then assigns them to the recording room. Husband booked one night at a time, ended up staying three nights. Dude is targeting tourists, drunk beachgoers. Thinking the guy that works nights at the front desk is probably the son of the Indian family that owns the place. The old white guy driving the utility truck was VERY pushy to get them out on the day they checked in; he thinks this guy is probably making money off these recordings. 1 of the wires was connected to the phone - it was the audio device.Nate says they could definitely be heard. The lens was glowing blue while they were having sex. "why is this light glowing blue?" light stayed consistent; when they came back lights were turned off. Lights may deal with night vision. |
